Guarantees and policies
When shopping with us you are protected with a three way guarantee Firstly we send photos of all the completed paintings to you to review and comment on. We email you the image for your approval.Because our paintings can be at different galleries or locations it takes between 14-21 days to receive them.You will receive a photo of the paintng actually hanging within the Art Pizzaz gallery within 14-21 days after you place the order. Any changes with custom work are made at no extra cost. If in the event you are still unhappy with the painting after rounds of improvement we will refund the order. Secondly If in the unlikely event that you receive the painting but were unsatisfied you can return it to our Canadian or American locations for a full refund. Everybody loves our work and are usually amazed how much better it looks in person then in a picture, so this is unlikely to happen. Finally If we fail to execute on the first two guarantees the credit card company would refund your money after the necessary procedures. In addition your credit card company would be able to reverse the charges as a “chargeback” if this scenario took place.
Terms and Conditions
We accept visa, master card and American Express through paypal. When you check out u just need to enter your credit card and information, you dont need to set up a paypal account. All orders are proceseed through Paypal, the most reputable processor on the web. As well you are not charged anything when paying through paypal Paying for paintings.
Paintings are paid when you order it online. For custom paintings we receive 50 percent on order and 50 percent when you receive the image for approval.
Shipping
All shipping costs in the USA and CANADA are free. Shipping for Orders elsewhere are free but can only be shipped in rolls by Canada post or ups/fed ex.
Delivery Time
Depending on how complex the piece is you are roughly looking at between 14-21 days. Customer service agents will keep you informed at every step of the process.
INTERNATIONAL IMPORT AND DUTIES
All orders located in North America will be duty free. To make sure you don’t get involved in this issue, all charges if they do occur will be charged to the shipper Art Pizzaz not the consignee, that being you. However different countries have different rules so paintings shipped outside the United States and Canada cannot be guaranteed of free charges.. From My experience this rarely happens but its best you enquire for yourself.
PAINTING FINISHES
We can either ship your painting in a roll or canvas wrapped. Canavas wrap options in both 1 and 1.5 -includes museum quality stretcher bars providing you with a finished work. Since our paintings are large we suggest a gallery wrap that is 1.5 inch thick.The gallery wrap option stretches the image around the entire width of the stretcher bars,making the image viewable from the sides. No framing is really required for this style. The canvas is then outfitted with brackets on both sides with metal wire so it can be hung when taken out of the box. If you are going to frame the painting i suggest you choose the 1 inch bar. The one inch bar will give you more option when choosing a frame. Both the 1 inch and 1.5 inch wrap are the same cost.All group paintings are offered in a roll and streched. We don’t offer frames at this due to our guarantee policy.
